CASH TIPS AT RESTAURANTS
We have had several complaints from the wait staffs at our restaurants that some barter members are not tipping adequately.  Barter does not mean free food!  All sales tax, and at least 18% tip is required in cash.  If you use the prepaid trade drafts for employees, or your clients, please advise them of this when you give them the certificates.  The wait staff has been advised to write the tip amount on the back of the trade drafts.  Also if you feel the tip was not earned, write that on the trade draft before you turn it in as payment.  I will not loose a restaurant because of a tip.
